Privacy Policy
ViewerKingdom (viewerkingdom.com) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We keep it short on purpose: we collect only what is needed to deliver your order.
1. What We Collect
- Order details: your name, email address and the public channel, video or clip link you enter at checkout, plus the package you chose and the order code.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment providers (card gateway and Cryptomus). We never receive or store card numbers. We only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded and its reference number.
- Billing details requested by the card gateway (country, city, postal code) for fraud prevention.
- Support messages you send through the contact form, live chat or email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our server logs and Cloudflare for security and to keep the free tools fair (rate limiting).
We never ask for your Twitch or Kick password, and we never need it.
2. Why We Use It
- To deliver the service you ordered and let you track it with your order code.
- To send order confirmations, delivery updates and replies to your support requests.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate use of the free tools.
- To improve the website (aggregated, anonymous statistics).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who We Share It With
- Payment providers, to process your payment.
- Delivery partners, who receive only the public link and the quantity needed to deliver the order.
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, Cloudflare, email delivery) that operate the site on our behalf.
- Authorities, only where required by law.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep the order flow working, a small local-storage entry to remember your form preferences, Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from bots, and the live-chat widget cookie if you open the chat. No advertising cookies are set.
5. How Long We Keep Data
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised. Support messages are kept for 12 months. Server logs are rotated automatically within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Write to [email protected] from the email address used at checkout and we will respond within 30 days. Users in the EU/EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; we honour them for everyone.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, protected by Cloudflare, and access to order data is restricted to authorised staff. Passwords are never collected, so there is nothing of that kind to leak.
8. Children
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and over, or 13 and over with parental consent where the streaming platform allows it. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
