Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of viewerkingdom.com and the services sold on it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, together with the Customer Agreement, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
ViewerKingdom provides audience growth services for Twitch and Kick channels: live viewers, AI chatters, followers, video views and clip views, delivered automatically to the public link you provide. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch, Kick or any other platform.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You must own the channel, video or clip you order for, or have the owner's permission.
- You are responsible for entering the correct link. Links cannot be changed once delivery has started.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian's consent.
- You agree not to abuse the free tools (multiple links for the same channel, automated requests, proxies) and not to attempt to interfere with the site.
3. Platform Rules and Risk
Streaming platforms have their own terms regarding artificial engagement. You use our services at your own discretion and accept that ViewerKingdom cannot control decisions taken by Twitch, Kick or any third party about your channel. We design delivery to look natural and have operated for years, but we do not guarantee any outcome on those platforms.
4. Orders, Prices and Payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the one you pay.
- An order is confirmed only after payment is received. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.
- Coupons apply only where stated and cannot be combined unless we say so.
- Hourly packages count time only while your stream is live. Daily, weekly and monthly packages run continuously from activation.
5. Delivery
Delivery normally starts within minutes of your stream going live and is completed automatically. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates. If delivery fails for reasons on our side, the Refund Policy applies.
6. Free Tools
Free tools are provided as a trial, limited per channel and per user, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They are offered without any warranty.
7. Intellectual Property
The site, its design, text and tools belong to ViewerKingdom. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without written permission. Twitch, Kick and other names are trademarks of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViewerKingdom's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or actions taken by third-party platforms.
9. Suspension
We may refuse or cancel orders and block access for fraud, chargeback abuse, misuse of the free tools or breach of these terms.
10. Changes and Contact
